Our story began in 1999 when Donaciano and Rosalía Ramírez brought the rich traditions of the Mixteca region of Oaxaca, Mexico, to Southern California. After decades of hard work in the food industry, they founded our sister shop in Vista before opening Ocean Rainbow here in Oceanside in 2007.

We bring the pure nostalgia and joy of traditional paletas and helados to life using only real, fresh fruits and high-quality ingredients. Nestled in the back of the plaza on Mission Ave, we treat every customer like part of the neighborhood.
